KNITTING
Our strategic partners have state-of-the-art equipment that allows the development of various types of fabrics. They have a capacity of 500 tons per month.
YARN DYEING
Our strategic partners have Thies equipment with variable capacity ranging from 10 kg to 400 kg per load.
FABRIC DYEING
Our strategic partners have Brazzoli and Fongs dyeing equipment, with load capacities ranging from 10 kg to 600 kg.
FABRIC FINISHING
Our strategic partners have three stenters Monforts, Unitech, and Artos for the finishing process, with a capacity of 15 tons per day.
PRINTING PROCESS
DIGITAL PRINTING
Our strategic partner has 4 state-of-the-art Reggiani digital printing machines that allow great versatility in designs and colors. Our capacity is 11,000 meters per day.
GARMENT MANUFACTURING
PRINTING
Textile process that consists of transferring a color in paste form through a cylindrical screen previously engraved with the desired design.
DYEHOUSE
Process that consists of dyeing raw fabrics using dyes and chemical products previously defined in a recipe.
KNITTING
Textile process that transforms raw or colored yarn into fabric through the interlacing of threads to form knitted structures.
CUTTING
The cutting area is equipped with Lectra machinery to ensure garment stability. We have a capacity of 1,000,000 garments per month.
SEWING
The sewing area has more than 1,000 automatic sewing machines, which allows us to produce 90,000 garments with a 14-minute operation time.
EMBROIDERY
It is a technique used to personalize garments by reproducing any design using thread. It can be done directly on the garments or on patches that can later be attached or sewn on.
FINISHING
Our finishing area ensures the quality of the product, as well as its reliability.
